Wine Detectives is an original team building experience where participants become investigators and wine becomes the mystery to solve.
Working in teams, participants face a series of blind tasting challenges designed to stimulate observation, communication and collaborative decision-making.
The objective is not to recognise famous labels or demonstrate wine expertise.
The objective is to analyse clues, compare different points of view and reach the best possible conclusion together.

WHY IT WORKS
Every investigation starts with different clues.
Every team member notices something different.
Some focus on details.
Some look at the bigger picture.
Some trust intuition.
Some rely on logic.
Only by sharing observations and discussing different perspectives can the team solve the case.
Wine simply becomes the catalyst for communication and teamwork.
THE EXPERIENCE
Observe. Discuss. Solve.
CASE 01 – Build the Profile
The first mystery begins.
Teams receive a blind wine together with their first investigation file.
Working together, they build the profile of the "suspect", identifying its personality, style and characteristics.
The objective is not finding the perfect answer.
It is learning how to observe, listen and build a shared opinion.
CASE 02 – Find the Intruder
Four blind wines.
Three share something in common.
One does not.
Teams must identify the intruder and, more importantly, explain the reasoning behind their decision.
Points are awarded not only for the correct answer, but also for the quality of the team's analysis.
CASE 03 – The Final Report
The investigation reaches its conclusion.
Each team receives one final blind wine and prepares its complete investigation report.
The challenge combines observation, creativity and communication as every team presents its conclusions to the rest of the participants.
FINAL VERDICT
Scores are collected.
The investigation is closed.
