Design Your Wine is an original corporate team building experience where wine becomes the perfect tool to encourage collaboration, communication and creativity.
Working in teams, participants receive different wines and are challenged to create their own white and red blend.
But this is much more than blending wine.
It is about listening to different ideas, making shared decisions, solving problems together and presenting a common vision.
Just like developing a successful product.

WHY IT WORKS
Every successful product is the result of different skills working together.
The same happens during Design Your Wine.
Each participant brings different perceptions, ideas and viewpoints.
There is no single correct answer.
Only through discussion, experimentation and collaboration can the team create the best final result.

THE EXPERIENCE

1. Taste
Each team tastes different wines and discovers their individual characteristics. No previous wine knowledge is required.
2. Blend
Teams experiment with different combinations to create their own white and red wine. Every decision is discussed together.
3. Brand
Each team develops its own wine identity.
Choose a name. Define the style. Describe the personality.
4. Pitch
Every team presents its wines to the other participants, explaining the choices behind the project.
5. Celebrate
The wines are evaluated and the winning team is announced. The experience ends with a moment of celebration and shared achievement.
