Wine Journeys

Discover Emilia-Romagna through its wines.

A journey through Emilia-Romagna, exploring its wines, grape varieties and the stories behind them.

We start with some of the region's most distinctive wines — Pignoletto, Lambrusco, Sangiovese di Romagna, Albana and other local varieties — and use them to explore the different identities of Emilia-Romagna's wine culture.

This is not simply a tasting. It is a way to understand what lies behind each glass: the landscape, the grape varieties, the traditions, the people and the choices made by the producers.

Each experience is guided by Filippo Manaresi, DipWSET and Wine Educator, and can focus on a specific wine, appellation, grape variety or aspect of Emilia-Romagna's wine culture.

Experiences can be organised for private groups, companies and international guests, in selected venues in Bologna or at other locations across the region.
